How quickly will I hear back?
We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. Messages that include your account email and the exam code are usually resolved fastest.
I paid but an exam is still locked. What should I do?
Sign out and back in so your access refreshes, then open the exam again. If it is still locked, email [email protected] with the exam code and the email address on your account.
Can I request a new exam or report a wrong answer?
Yes. Tell us the exam code and, for a content issue, the topic or the question text. We review every report and correct mistakes where needed.
How do I delete my account?
Email [email protected] from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm once it is done.
